78 miles of railway heritage between Hellifield and Carlisle

SCRCA Note: May have originally been a navvy hut

This timber-walled structure MAY have been an 'improved' (and probably re-located) navvy hut. It is very similar in overall design / appearance to the navvy huts visible in photographs taken at the time the Settle-Carlisle Railway was being constructed.

Location Reference(s):
SCRCA structure 248560: Blea Moor Workers' Housing (possibly timber-framed)
